Charles is a Partner of Rice Investment Group. He previously served as Head of M&A and Strategy for Rice Acquisition Corp. Charles was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Catalyst, an automation business focused on the energy sector. He is a former hedge fund investor at Point72 Asset Management, covering a wide array of energy companies and commodities on a global team. Charles was an associate at First Reserve, an energy focused private equity fund, and prior to that, served as an investment banker at Barclays.
