Daniel RicePartner
Danny is a Partner with Rice Investment Group, CEO for NET Power, and brings nearly two decades of energy experience. From 2008-2017, Danny held leadership roles with Rice Energy including as CEO of Rice Energy and Rice Midstream Partners from their respective 2014 IPOs until their combined $10 billion merger with EQT Corp in 2017. Danny has served on several public energy company boards, including Rice Energy (NYSE: RICE, 2014-2027), Rice Midstream Partners (NYSE: RMP, 2014-2017), EQT Corp (NYSE: EQT, 2017- current), Whiting Petroleum (NYSE: WLL, 2021-2022), Rice Acquisition Corp I (NYSE: RICE, 2020-2021), Archaea Energy (NYSE: LFG, 2022-2023), Rice Acquisition Corp II (NYSE: RONI, 2021-2023), and NET Power (NYSE: NPWR, 2023- current). Prior to Rice Energy, Danny held various finance and strategy roles with Tudor Pickering Holt & Co., Transocean Ltd. and Tyco International plc. In addition, Danny placed 11th in the pairs division at the 2024 Texas Speedpuzzling Championships.
